Protection Options
All vehicles are insured for any damage to the vehicle or to the property

is the first $3000 (see exclusions below) of the cost of damage to third
party property or to the rented vehicle, including single vehicle accidents,
windscreen and tyre damage, overhead and underbody damage, towing and
recovery costs. This also includes the cost of the daily rental for the
period the vehicle is off fleet for accident repairs (demurrage). The
excess applies in respect of each claim.
The excess is applicable regardless of who is at fault and must be paid
at the time the accident is reported. The excess will be refunded if the
cost of damages are recovered from a third party.
